FAQS

We know that all you want to do is visit our site and buy our gorgeous range of PVC and Oilcloth Tablecloths. However we are duty bound to display the ‘small-print’. Should you have any queries regarding anything in this page do not hesitate to contact us.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard UK delivery is sent via Royal Mail and is normally dispatched within one day. We say normally it takes between 3-4 days. Rolled UK Delivery is normally dispatched the same day (if ordered before 12pm) or the next working day and will be there the next working day. Please note that no next day deliveries are made at the weekend unless requested (extra cost applicable).

For overseas deliveries these can vary from 3-5 days to longer (dependent on customs delays)

For orders with extras such as bias binding hemmed edging, boxed corners or elasticated edges, we cannot guarantee a next day delivery as this is all custom work and can take a bit longer to be completed. If you are requiring the order urgently, please contact us to see if this would be possible.

How will my tablecloth be sent to me?

Standard delivery is sent folded if you would like it sent rolled there is an additional cost.

What size tablecloth do I need?

This couldn’t be simpler, simply visit our measuring guide page on our website.

Do you sell Extra-Wide Tablecloths?

Yes we do, you can order this from each product page. The cloth will come with a centre-seam, this is where we sew two lengths of the cloths together via a seam. The product will be pattern matched as best as it can. Circular cloths over 200cm may not be pattern matched, if you wanted a preview of the seam before ordering please email us at hello@joleetablecloths.co.uk. All work is professionally carried out in-house. Please note unless faulty extra-wide cloths with a centre seam cannot be returned.

Do the tablecloths come with a hemmed edge?

As standard none of our cloths come with a hemmed edge. We can offer this as an additional costing service available when choosing your size.

How secure is my transaction with you?

We take your security incredibly seriously. Our website is protected by an SSL Certificate ensuring secure transactions between web servers and browsers. All details that you are given are only taken by Paypal or by Sage Pay. When you place your order you will be transferred directly to a secure website operated by either Sage Pay or Paypal.

All your details will be stored by them and are never shared with us, we simply receive your payment. Rest assured that you can shop in confidence with us.

Can I return my cloth if I don’t like it?

We hope that this never happens and to ensure it doesn’t we offer a free sample service which we strongly recommend that you use. All tablecloths are cut to order and thus not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If returning non-faulty cloths please ensure they have not been used and are in a fully saleable condition. Cloths returned to us must be sent back using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for any returned items being damaged in transit or missing in the post.

Once received we will charge a 20% cutting fee, this is merely to cover the cost of the fabric wasted and the staff time to cut it.

You can replace your cloth for another design, if this is the case there will be a 10% cutting fee and you will be responsible for the cost of the postage for the new tablecloth.

Can I get a free sample?

Yes of course, we can send free samples to UK customers only. If you are outside of the UK there is an additional charge, please contact us if you want a quote.

Are your PVC’s safe?

Yes, as parents ourselves we couldn’t sell anything not safe. All PVC Fabrics are OEKO TEX 100 tested.

Are your range of Wipe Clean Tablecloths Stain-Proof?

There is a lot of confusion around wipe clean and stain resistant. We do not sell our cloths as stain resistant to heavy tomato based sauces and red wine. There is nothing anywhere that we have tested that can defend against tomato based sauces(pasta and curry sauces). Any spills with products like this should be wiped off immediately. Please see our Care Guide for further information }

What does Pre-Order mean?

Pre-Ordering a cloth means this cloth is currently out of stock and is due in to us on the date that is on the Pre-Order. If you order more than one cloth and one is a Pre-Order, we will hold your full order until the Pre-Ordered cloth arrives as only one postage charge has been paid. If you would like the in stock item to be sent before, please contact us and we can let you know if this will incur an additional postage fee.

Do overseas order include local and customs charges?

No, please check locally for any additional costs to your chosen overseas destination

 Is Oilcloth Matt or Gloss?

Our oilcloth coating varies between gloss and matt. All our matt designs will have matt stated in the title of the product, if it doesn then your cloth will arrive gloss coated. If you are unsure of the coating, please order a free sample prior to opting for your cloth as we are unable to accept any returns down to preference of coating type.
