Returns Policy – Oilcloth & Cotton Fabrics

We hope you’ll be delighted with your order from Jolee, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Since many of our items are custom cut just for you, there are a few important things to keep in mind when it comes to returns and exchanges.

 Items We Can’t Accept Back

All of our Oilcloths and Cotton Fabrics are cut to order, meaning we don’t hold pre-cut stock due to the wide range of designs we offer. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns if:

  • You simply change your mind about the colour or design

  • The item was purchased from our clearance section

  • The item was customised in any way, including:

    • Bias Binding

    • Centre Seam

    • Parasol Hole

    • Boxed or Rounded Corners

    • Elasticated Edges

    • Custom Measurements

To help you feel confident in your choice, we offer up to 6 free samples so you can check the colour and quality before ordering.

When Returns Are Absolutely Fine

We’re more than happy to sort things out if:

  • Your item arrives faulty

  • You receive the wrong size or design

  • An optional extra was missing from your order

Need to Swap Something?

We can offer an exchange if you'd like a different design or a larger size—provided the item is:

  • Not customised (see list above)

  • Returned in a clean, saleable condition

A couple of things to note:

  • A 20% cutting fee applies to all exchanges

  • You’ll need to cover return postage for non-faulty items

  • Please use a tracked postal service, as we can’t be responsible for lost returns

  • If the returned item isn’t in resellable condition, we’ll need to send it back to you

Centre-Seam Oilcloths

As a resolution to larger tablecloths we sew 2 widths together which results with a centre-seam. These are completely bespoke and made to your specific order. We aim to pattern match where possible, but minor discrepancies may occur due to the bespoke nature of the work.of As a result, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong design sent
  • Wrong Size Sent
  • Optional Extras Not Added Which We Missed Off Original Order
  • Faulty Item

We CANNOT accept returns for any other reason unfortunately so please ensure you are happy with the design and size.

Optional Extras

With all of our Oilcloths and PVC Vinyl we offer a range of optional extras such as Boxed Corners, Elasticated Edges, Parasol Holes, Bias Binding, Custom Measurements and Velcro Seams. As with our Centre-Seam options we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Wrong design sent
  • Wrong Size Sent
  • Optional Extras Not Added Which Were Missed Off Original Order
  • Faulty Item

Accessories

All our range of accessories are handmade by us here. We use experienced staff and the best machinery in the industry. We can accept returns on items such as aprons, peg bags, table runners and iPad Cushions, however these must be unused. For non-faulty items you the customer are responsible for the return of the item. We advise that you use a tracked postage service as we cannot be responsible for any items that are missing. We will pay return postage for the following reasons:

  • Wrong design sent
  • Wrong Size Sent
  • Faulty Item
  • Optional Extras Not Added Which Were Missed Off Original Order
