Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Jolee Tablecloths, most of our products are made or cut to order, meaning they are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, our returns policy differs from standard “off the shelf” items.
Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.
Products Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to all of our products, including:
- PVC Vinyl tablecloths
- Oilcloth tablecloths
- Acrylic tablecloths
- Fabric tablecloths (cut to order)
- Fabric by the metre
- Oilcloth peg bags
- Fabric peg bags
- Oilcloth placemats
- Fabric placemats
- Fabric table runners
- Fabric napkins
- Oilcloth doorstops
- Fabric cushion covers
- Fabric seat pads
- Oilcloth aprons
- Fabric aprons
Returns for Refunds
As all items are made or cut to order, we do not accept returns for refunds unless the item is:
- Faulty or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect due to a production error on our part
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We are able to offer exchanges only on the following product types, provided they are not customised beyond standard size selection:
- PVC Vinyl tablecloths
- Oilcloth tablecloths
- Acrylic tablecloths
Exchange Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- No additional customisation (such as custom sizing, bias binding hemmed edging, boxed corners, rounded corners, parasol holes, elasticated edges) must have been added
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty due to their made-to-order nature:
- All fabric products (including tablecloths, runners, napkins, placemats, cushion covers, seat pads, fabric by the metre)
- Oilcloth peg bags
- Fabric peg bags
- Oilcloth doorstops
- Fabric aprons
- Oilcloth aprons
- Tote Bags
- Wash Bags
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery. We may request photographs to assess the issue and will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Important Notes
- Please double-check measurements and product details before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect ordering.
- Colour variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered faults.
