Here at Jolee we hope you never have to return your cloth. Unfortunately, your order is cut specifically for your order and are not pre-cut which means that we are unable to accept returns simply because you don’t like it or have measured incorrectly.
We can however accept a return if you are replacing it for another cloth. All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer and we will charge a 20% cutting fee, we will charge the customer to send the replacement tablecloth. All returns must be unused and in a saleable condition. If the tablecloth looks like it has been used, we will contact you to advise of this. When returning your order, we advise you use a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for your return going missing in the post.
If there is a manufacturing fault then we will accept returns, we will inspect the tablecloth and send a replacement or offer you a refund. We will always cover the shipping costs for faulty tablecloths. You must inform us of any defects with your cloth within 48 hours of receiving your order.
