Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Time:
  We aim to dispatch orders same day, but standard turnaround is 1–2 working days. If your order is urgent, please call us to check availability.

• Pre-Orders:
  Choosing a faster shipping option will not speed up pre-order processing—your item will ship via your selected method once it is back in stock.

• Out of Stock Items:
  If your item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a refund or reorder it, which may take up to 7 working days.

• Address Accuracy:
  Ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not liable for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• Wholesale & International Orders:
  For orders of 10 metres or more or international delivery, please contact us for a custom shipping quote, as standard rates apply to domestic orders only.

• Damaged Items:
  If your parcel arrives with visible damage, do not sign for it. It will be returned to us, and we’ll resend your order. Damage is typically caused in transit.

• Delivery Issues:
  Any issues with delivery or damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

• Bias-Binding Colour:
  Unless you specify, we will select the colour ourselves—doing our best to match a colour within the cloth. If we cannot match it, we will usually contact you for input.

• Returns Policy:

  • Bias-Binding Orders: Cannot be returned unless faulty, even if you dislike the design or measured incorrectly.

  • Centre-Seam Orders: Also non-returnable for design dissatisfaction or sizing errors.

  • Items returned without prior contact will be sent back to you.

• Pattern Matching:
  We aim to pattern match where possible, but minor discrepancies may occur due to the bespoke nature of the work.

Tablecloth Care – 

Our tablecloths are made from high-quality, durable materials designed for everyday use.

• Cleaning:
  Wipe clean only with warm soapy water. Do not use antibacterial sprays, bleach, or strong disinfectants—these can damage or melt the surface.

• Stains:
  Most spills wipe off easily. However, substances like tomato ketchup, red wine, curry, marker pens, nail varnish, and shoe polish may cause permanent stains. We cannot accept responsibility for such damage.

• Heat Protection:
  These cloths are not heat resistant. Always use placemats under hot dishes to prevent melting or heat marks.

• Sunlight & Storage:
  Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause discolouration, fading, or even melting of the PVC coating, leaving it tacky. Store the cloth rolled up when not in use to avoid these issues.

• Creases:
  To remove creases, use a cool iron on the reverse side only.

Faulty Items

Checks, gingham's and square designs will not always be straight, this is an effect of the PVC coating on cotton backed oilcloths and is not considered a fault with the cloth.

Returns Policy

We sincerely hope that you will not have to ever have to return any of our products. If in the unlikely event that your tablecloth is damaged or faulty you must contact us within 24 hours. You will responsible for returning the Tablecloth.

Upon receiving the faulty item we will inspect the damage/fault. If the item shows signs that it has been used and or has not been sent in its original packaging Jolee Tablecloths will not refund or recredit. If it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault we will either refund the cost of both the delivery and the cost of the product or we will supply you with a new item.

Distance Selling Regulations

When purchasing via the Internet, you the customer are protected via the Distance Selling Regulations. The Distance Selling Regulations give you a 7-day cooling off period. You must inform us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods that you wish to return the item. We must receive the goods back within 14 days of delivery. On receiving the goods we will refund your money minus the carriage costs.

For goods made to a personalised specification such as a cut length of PVC or Oilcloth Tablecloth or bias-binding, parasol hole, centre seam, parasol holes and rounded corners we are unable to offer a refund.

How to avoid making a mistake when ordering

We try to take high resolution pictures of our individual tablecloths, unfortunately different computer monitors can display colours differently. If you are not sure about a particular colour please take advantage of our samples service by e-mailing us at hello@joleetablecloths.co.uk. We can offer you up to four samples per customer. When measuring for your please ensure you allow for 30-40 cm overhang (15-20cm each side).

Samples

As most of our products are custom-made and non-returnable, we strongly recommend using our free sample service before placing your order to ensure you’re happy with the design and colour.

• Free Samples:
  You can request up to 6 free samples. If more than 6 are ordered, we will either send only the first 6 or cancel the order entirely.
